Warm Up Session - 5 min
Warm-up is very essential to increase blood flow in our body, before you start any intense yoga exercise. It also helps to open your joints and muscles thus less chance to get injury during Advance Yoga practice.
Our warm-up sessions are bit different from others. We usually mix the tradition warm-ups with Sushma Vayama.
Sushma Vayama basically helpful for those who are not able to move their body so intensively due to health issues.
Sushma Vayama also helps your body to be warmed-up in very relaxed manner, which ensures a peaceful start for further yoga practice.
